This User Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Pixarn, governing your use of Pixarn, a minimal AI-powered tool that converts static photos into natural dynamic videos. By downloading, installing, or using the App (including both free and premium features), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not download, install, or use the App. We value your privacy, and it is important to note that Pixarn does not collect any facial information from users and we will never share any of your personal data or content with third-party AI services.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement and that you have the right to use the App in your jurisdiction. If you are using the App on behalf of a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the minor's legal guardian and that you agree to this Agreement on their behalf.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement from time to time, and any changes will be posted within the App with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
Pixarn provides users with a one-click solution to convert static photos into natural dynamic videos. The App's AI automatically recognizes scenes in uploaded photos and generates matching dynamic effects, with no complex parameters required. The App supports quick saving of generated videos to your device and sharing through your device's built-in sharing features.
The App does not require account registration or login to use any of its features; all core functionalities are accessible immediately upon downloading the App. Premium features (if applicable) require a valid subscription, as governed by our separate Subscription Agreement.
Any content you upload to the App (including static photos) and any dynamic videos generated using the App (collectively, "User Content") remains your sole property. You are solely responsible for all User Content you upload or generate, including ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use such content and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
We do not review, moderate, or control User Content, but we reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise harmful, offensive, or illegal. All User Content is stored locally on your device, and we do not collect, store, or access such content on our servers.
Your privacy is our priority. The App is designed to protect your data and ensure that you retain full control over your User Content. As previously stated, all User Content is stored locally on your device, and we do not collect, store, or transmit any User Content to our servers or external systems.
We do not track your usage patterns, collect device information, or gather any personal identification data from you, as no account registration is required. Consistent with our privacy commitment, Pixarn does not collect any facial information from users and we will never share any of your personal data or User Content with third-party AI services.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the software, algorithms, design, text, graphics, logos, and features, are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership rights in the App or its intellectual property; you only have the right to use the App in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
User Content remains your property, but by using the App to generate dynamic videos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such generated content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services (without accessing or storing the content on our servers).
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any terms of this Agreement. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. Upon termination (whether by you or us), your license to use the App will be revoked, and you must cease all use of the App. Any User Content stored locally on your device will remain intact unless you choose to delete it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages related to lost User Content, device malfunctions, or any other losses incurred by you. We shall not be liable for any damages caused by your violation of this Agreement, improper use of the App, or reliance on any content generated by the App. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, that the features will be error-free, or that the App will be compatible with all devices. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
