This Subscription Agreement is entered into between you and the developer of Pixarn, governing your purchase and use of the App's subscription service. Pixarn is a minimal AI-powered tool that converts static photos into natural dynamic videos, and the Subscription Service is designed to provide you with discounted access to in-app gold coins, which can be used to access the App's premium features.
By purchasing, activating, or using the Subscription Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. We value your privacy, and it is important to note that Pixarn does not collect any facial information from users and we will never share any of your personal data or content with third-party AI services.
The Pixarn Subscription Service is a paid service that offers you discounted Gold Coins, which are virtual in-app currency used to unlock the App's premium features, including but not limited to:
Unlike one-time Gold Coin purchases, the Subscription Service provides Gold Coins at a more preferential price—you will receive a specified quantity of Gold Coins one-time immediately after successfully purchasing the subscription, and the unit price of Gold Coins obtained through the Subscription Service is lower than the price of purchasing Gold Coins individually.
The App does not require account registration or login to use the Subscription Service; your subscription status and Gold Coin balance will be tied to your device, and you can view your Gold Coin balance and subscription details directly within the App.
Gold Coins obtained through the Subscription Service are virtual in-app currency and are not legal tender, virtual currency, or prepaid vouchers, and do not have any monetary value outside the App. Gold Coins can only be used within Pixarn to unlock premium features, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cash, or traded with third parties under any circumstances.
We offer multiple Subscription Service plans, each with a fixed price and a corresponding quantity of Gold Coins that will be issued one-time upon subscription activation. The specific price of each subscription plan, the quantity of Gold Coins provided, and the preferential discount compared to individual Gold Coin purchases will be clearly displayed on the subscription purchase page within the App before you complete the payment.
The preferential price of Gold Coins through the Subscription Service is fixed for the duration of the subscription period; any adjustments to pricing or Gold Coin allocation will not affect active subscriptions, and new pricing will only apply to new subscription purchases.
You acknowledge and agree that the quantity of Gold Coins provided with each subscription plan is final, and no additional Gold Coins will be provided beyond the specified amount unless otherwise stated in a special promotion. Gold Coins obtained through the Subscription Service have no expiration date and will remain in your device's local storage until you use them or uninstall the App; uninstalling the App will result in the loss of any unused Gold Coins, and we will not be liable for any such loss.
To purchase the Subscription Service, you must complete the payment through the authorized payment methods provided within the App, which are subject to the payment terms and conditions of the respective payment platform. The subscription fee is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in this Agreement or required by applicable law—this includes, but is not limited to, situations where you no longer need the Gold Coins, accidentally purchase the wrong subscription plan, or uninstall the App after purchasing the subscription.
You are solely responsible for verifying the subscription plan, price, and Gold Coin quantity before completing the payment; we will not provide refunds for any losses caused by your incorrect operation or misjudgment.
The Subscription Service is a one-time purchase unless you explicitly select an auto-renewing subscription plan during the purchase process. If you select an auto-renewing plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period at the current price, and the corresponding quantity of Gold Coins will be issued one-time to your device upon successful renewal. You may cancel the auto-renewal at any time through your device's payment settings or the App's subscription management section, at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Gold Coins obtained through the Subscription Service can be used to unlock all premium features of the App, and the specific number of Gold Coins required to unlock each premium feature will be clearly displayed within the App. You agree to use Gold Coins in accordance with the App's usage rules; we reserve the right to adjust the number of Gold Coins required for premium features at any time, and any adjustments will be posted within the App with prior notice. Unused Gold Coins cannot be transferred to other devices or users, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
If you violate the App's usage rules (e.g., using unauthorized methods to obtain Gold Coins, using Gold Coins for illegal purposes), we reserve the right to deduct your Gold Coin balance, suspend or terminate your access to the Subscription Service, and you will not be entitled to any refund of the subscription fee.
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Subscription Service and the Gold Coins obtained through the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for the security of your device and any Gold Coins stored on it. We will not be liable for any loss of Gold Coins caused by device loss, theft, malfunction, or your improper operation. All User Content is stored locally on your device, and we do not collect, store, or access such content—consistent with our privacy commitment, Pixarn does not collect any facial information from users and we will never share any of your personal data or User Content with third-party AI services.
We are committed to providing you with a stable and high-quality Subscription Service. We will ensure that the Gold Coins are issued one-time to your device immediately after successful subscription payment, and that the premium features unlocked by Gold Coins function normally. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any premium feature or the Subscription Service at any time, provided that we notify you of any significant changes through the App. We will not be liable for any temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to adjust the subscription plans, pricing, and Gold Coin allocation at any time, and any changes will be posted within the App with prior notice. Such changes will not affect active subscriptions, and new terms will only apply to new subscription purchases.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Subscription Service and deduct your unused Gold Coin balance immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any terms of this Agreement. You may terminate your use of the Subscription Service at any time by uninstalling the App from your device; uninstalling the App will result in the loss of any unused Gold Coins, and no refund of the subscription fee will be provided.
Upon termination of the Subscription Service (whether by you or us), your license to use the Subscription Service and Gold Coins will be revoked, and you must cease all use of the premium features unlocked by Gold Coins.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use or inability to use the Subscription Service or Gold Coins, including but not limited to damages related to lost Gold Coins, device malfunctions, or any other losses incurred by you. We shall not be liable for any damages caused by your violation of this Agreement, improper use of the Subscription Service or Gold Coins, or reliance on any content generated by the App. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the Subscription Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Any changes to the Agreement will be posted within the App with a new "Last Updated" date, and the changes will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the Subscription Service after the changes are posted, you acknowledge and agree to the updated Agreement. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes.
